NOTE: These positions typically require anywhere from 3-5 hours per week (Coordinators sometimes 5-10) with weekly one hour meetings at an agreed upon time.
Application package:

Paragraph detailing any past involvement with GLOW (or other queer
for the position.

Resume

It’s that easy! Applications are due Friday, November 12, 2010 – email them to glow{at}glow.feds.ca!

A few notes:
We have lots of resources to make our Board of Directors and Executive successful in their positions. Meetings, retreats, manuals, brainstorming sessions, position reports, etc. are all examples of resources we have to help you be successful. We won’t throw you into the water without a paddle – that would not be cool.

If you are interested in applying feel free to join the Board of Directors for one of our meetings on November 8, 2010 at 5:00pm – 6:00pm. Stop by the office at around 4:55pm to find out the location. These meetings are fun, semi-informal and we get into awesome discussions about the direction of GLOW events and services (so it’s a great way to get a feel for what your role would be). Don’t be intimidated – we welcome all! If you could let us know if you going to join us we’ll have an idea of how big of a room to book!

Hello everyone!

Just a quick note to let you all know that the GLOW Office will be open for regular scheduled hours through till the last day of classes, Wednesday July 28th, despite the current construction going on in the SLC. The construction is currently blocking the entrance beside the Bomber. However, there is another stairwell that leads to the hallway in which the office is located close to where Tim Hortons is. The office can also be accessed by the ramp that is behind Wasabi and Curry Up.

Modified hours will be offered after July 28th until the end of the exam period. Once these are determined the information will be posted on our website.
